- Responsible for the management of all third-party spend within ASRC’s Alaska-based operations.- Single Point of Contact for subsidiary management teams and key stakeholders (i.e. legal, HSE, Compliance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, etc.) to ensure optimal selection of contractors to manage the delivery of business-related procurement and supply chain needs.- Subject matter expert for all procurement and supply chain matters; advising stakeholders on purchasing strategy/tendering, management of contractor performance and compliance, and assisting with compliance to operational requirements. - Ensures procurement and contracting policies are adhered to, business deadlines are met, whilst updating policies based on best practices.- Designs and executes strategic sourcing & contracting strategies to support Company objectives, deliver long term value, and ensure competitive advantage in the areas of materials, supplies, and services.- Responsible for strategic supplier relationship management including; Performance Review Meetings (PRMs), and monitoring supplier performance for cost, quality, and delivery.- Oversee management level direct reports as well as indirect reports; leading, establishing and communicating vision and strategic direction, providing business context, coaching and direction to enable them to meet their performance targets.- Review operational performance against operating budget and plans, analyze market conditions and inform management of any changes in plan directions.- Supervise and control supply management activities between Company and suppliers.- Responsible for ensuring all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end PO close-out and receiving activities are completed in concert with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers, customers, and internal personnel.- Track and forecast the key cost drivers and market factors for assigned supplies.

- Managing contractual relationships with key strategic vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and conformance in the delivery of business requirements.- Leading cross-functional strategy development and sourcing activities within the Drilling & Completions (D&C) team.- Accountability for establishing the vision, setting the strategic direction, and managing resources effectively to support, develop and execute business plans that produce desired results for the third party spend under D&C Category Management.- Supporting and contributing to BP’s top line agenda by implementing the Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSCM) agenda.- Identifying opportunities in the marketplace and leverage BP’s presence to create sourcing efficiencies.- Driving and supporting compliance to standards to minimize risk, reputation and cost exposure.- Working closely with stakeholders to analyze our sourcing activities and procedures to identify ways to mitigate Safety & Operational Risk (S&OR) through adherence to the PCSM common process- Supporting S&OR reduction and mitigation through effective Supplier Quality Management from supplier selection through contract execution

- Accountable for programs containing over 400 contracts worth $3.4 billion of annually recognized revenue by Microsoft in the Original Equipment Manufacturer Channel.- Responsible for the negotiation and development of contracts worth over $1.5 billion of accrual dollars owed to partners in Referral and Channel Incentive Programs.- Managed Distributor Channels, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office referral programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities were carried out in accordance with specified objectives.- Managed implementation team to ensure all key milestones and deadlines were met.- Controlled expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.- Reviewed reports and records of activities to ensure progress towards specified program objectives.- Created and tracked change requests to redirect activities and attain program/project objectives.- Responsible for program/project status reports presented to upper management on a monthly basis.- Planned and developed methods and procedures for implementing programs successfully with all OEMs.- Audited programs to ensure that all facets meet Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.- Directed operations reviews for Top 20 OEMs bi-annually to ensure meeting the quality standards set forth by contracts & agreement guidelines.
