• Perform all risk rating reviews, ACH reviews, and assist with problem asset reports.• Spread and analyze business financial statements, business tax returns, personal tax returns and personal financial statements using CASH Insight.• Perform all covenant checks including internal Bank covenants, financial ratios and debt coverage ratios.• Underwrite line of credit renewals and cash secured line of credits.• Collect and analyze accounts receivables and borrowing base certificates for all ABLOCs to monitor and set credit limits. • Pull and analyze business and person credit reports using Experian.• Complete internal memos regarding items such as waiving covenant violations, changes in financial reporting requirements and interest rate changes.• Trained new employees to effectively utilize the Bank’s various software programs and procedures. • Implemented and developed procedures for risk rating reviews, covenant checks and collection of financial reporting items from clients.• Set up and monitor ticklers to track financial reporting items, financial covenants and other internal due diligence requirements.
