I continue to be motivated by opportunities to provide positive transformational change to economic situations, increasing overall value and utility within the wider environment. Working with businesses to understand and influence their economic landscape, then focus inward to drive innovation and efficiency through people, technology and knowledge creation.The roles I have performed have led to my expertise in both Business and Technology Architecture, gaining knowledge of the technology independent business and economic fundamental patterns.I have had significant exposure to various system development life cycles, and am delivery focused. My preference is to use iterative development techniques, as I have found them to be the best way to achieve end goals. I use the Unified Modelling Language (UML2) for the specification of Architecture design.In undertaking analysis and design roles I have had the opportunity to see many business improvements realised by both the organisational and technology architectures that I have specified. I have gained proficiency in; business transformation, information engineering, object oriented design techniques, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), with the principles I apply to any architecture being; specialisation, distributed with well-defined communication.I have undertaken staff supervision and project management, and enjoy leading and motivating people. Now as a proficient Enterprise Architect I work very closely with Programme Managers to articulate change.
