The Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is for developing future leadership early in their career through rotational roles throughout the organization. Those selected undergo two one-year functional assignments, with the option to also pursue an additional 6 month cross functional assignment. Program participants also receive leadership and business training, as well as exposure to senior leadership. One Year in Industrial Technologies as Product Engineer. Led VAVE projects for Club Car focused on productivity and warranty claim reduction. Responsibility for design, analysis, and testing. One Year in Security Technologies as NPD Project Engineer. Led NPD projects for Schlage focused on design of electromechanical systems. Responsibility for design and analysis. Six Months in Industrial Technologies as Product Management Specialist. Projects included development of interactive sales tools and competitive profiles, strategy for sales portal website structure, and global product benchmark database.
