I believe that there is almost always a controllable cause to the failure, and enjoy the challenge of locating and correcting the underlying issue.I am a believer in; * Installation procedures, especially with the refrigerant system* Preventative maintenance* Customer education on how their systems are designed to operate* Keeping my tools and specialty items clean and in proper working condition, as I rely heavily on them to diagnosis and install and evacuate systems correctly.I build trusting long term relationships that can lead to preventative maintenance contracts and almost always leads to additional work.
