Oversaw​ ​daily​ ​operations​ ​of​ ​multi-state​ ​foreclosure​ ​assessment company.​ ​Managed​ ​and​ ​coordinated​ ​operations​ ​of​ ​satellite​ ​crews​ ​located throughout​ ​Central​ ​and​ ​Eastern​ ​Ky​ ​and​ ​Central​ ​and​ ​Eastern​ ​TN.​ ​We assisted​ ​banks​ ​in​ ​assessing​ ​the​ ​structural​ ​condition,​ ​systems functionality,​ ​safety​ ​hazards​ ​and​ ​provided​ ​cost​ ​estimates​ ​to​ ​repair​ ​any damages​ ​present​ ​on​ ​homes​ ​that​ ​were​ ​in​ ​foreclosure​ ​status.​ ​​ ​Within​ ​this time​ ​frame​ ​I​ ​was​ ​also​ ​field​ ​manager​ ​over​ ​the​ ​interstate​ ​and​ ​state​ ​route right-of-way​ ​mowing​ ​company​ ​we​ ​owned.​ ​​ ​We​ ​contracted​ ​with​ ​the Tennessee​ ​Department​ ​of​ ​Transportation​ ​to​ ​cover​ ​counties:​ ​Trousdale, Sumner,​ ​Macon,​ ​Smith​ ​and​ ​Wilson.
