This role fell under System Integration Testing to ensure inbound license data are processed correctly from creation, all the way through to declarations. • This included creating tests cases for features in Confluence, based on user stories and acceptance criteria, processing licenses through the system, verifying database table updates (SQL Developer), viewing reply files (Putty/WinSCP), running payloads via SOAPUI and later using POSTMAN. • I also ran (pre-created) automation regression test scripts via Eclipse and updated coded branches via GitHub• I trained new starters on system/s familiarity and how to create/process different types of import/export licences and progress through the workflows. • All Issues/Defects were captured in Jira and ‘stand up’ calls were done each morning via MS Teams.• In the Policy/Benefits department, presently, I have been involved with Event Reporting/Account for Tax projects. This focusses heavily on manual API testing using SOAPUI and creating testcases using both Yaml and EPID specs, as well as back-end testing via the ETMP system to verify the processing of data.
