Having worked in the manufacturing industry since leaving school I have gained a wealth of knowledge from each company I have worked for. I feel that my experiences have helped me with the ability to build up strong relationships at all levels and with all people. Working well within a team has provided me with the ability to get on with the tasks I am given and also work as an individual to complete it to the best of my ability. Having the experience to adapt and be able to learn new things to succeed is another aspect of my personality which I feel I have achieved through work and life experience
