Analyze, design, implement and validate strategies for deployment to both host- and cloud-based infrastructure while ensuring high availability of both production and pre-production systems.Develop and implement automated dynamic environments to support the needs of delivery teams, plus collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop deployment strategies for existing and new services.Additionally, supports the delivery of software, its installation, configuration, and testing; problem resolution and maintenance; encompassing all procedures and timelines necessary to achieve approval to test and promote new or updated software to production.Provides systems engineering support papers, prototypes, models, and simulations or other products as requested.Leads DevOps initiative to work across traditional “siloed” shops; works to enable rapid and consistent deployment through increased collaboration, continuous integration, automation, and infrastructure as code.Hosts weekly “brown bag” lunches to teach DevOps tools including Eclipse, Git, and Ansible.Responsible for configuration management of all distributed environments including developer sites, integration facility, and Dev/Test/Prod networks; environments span disconnected geographic and classification enclaves.
