Responsible for analyzing and executing subordinated debt and equity investments to finance leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations and growth financings. Analyzed more than one hundred potential investment opportunities, negotiated term sheets and note & equity purchase agreements and managed the due diligence efforts of accountants, attorneys and operational consultants. Participated in seven closed financings totaling more than $78 million.
