My main responsibility is to supervise the stock crew in their daily duties. My position is also to assist the grocery and assistant grocery managers. I help with scheduling and scheduling issues, making sure inventory is kept updated to help maintain shelf service and customer service. Providing premiere customer service is a must in my position. I also help any stock clerk that may have a question about an item, a customer question, or if they are in need of further direction. My responsibilities also include maintaining delivery truck efficiency by cutting or adding items to the truck based on current stock and future sales projections.

Responsible for communicating with potential customers, estimating and calculating square footage and tonnage for company projects, communicating with labor crews about said projects, drawing detailed sketches of projects for labor crews to follow.

I was responsible for opening new accounts, processing wires, processing member transactions, balancing ATM machines, cashing up the vault, online and mobile banking help, and overseeing/monitoring debit card transactions.
