As a Department Supervisor at The Home Depot, I lead a team of associates in two departments, overseeing sales, customer service, inventory, and merchandising. I started as an order fulfillment associate and learned and worked in three other departments before becoming a supervisor. I have improved the sales performance of my departments compared to previous years, thanks to my analytical skills and retail knowledge.I am also a senior student at the University at Buffalo, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision. I am passionate about learning how to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality in various industries. One of my proudest achievements is reinventing the new associate coaching program at my store and serving as the Coaching Co-captain. I enjoy empowering and developing others, as well as collaborating with different stakeholders to achieve common goals.
