(JICA) Review of the water quality monitoring objectives and programmes in the provinces of Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Hue, Baria Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City and an assessment of the institutional capacities within the respective Departments of Natural Resources and Environment. Development and implementation of objective-related monitoring and data interpretation programmes which were linked with training at all levels within the departments.
