Feros Care is a non-profit organization assisting with aged care to clients above a certain age through government funding in Australia. At Feros I'm responsible for the logistics and rostering of care workers in the field. I create complex schedules to be followed by Feros Care Workers to provide the best possible service to our clients. This involves actions like transportation, domestic tasks, social services and much more with both same day, and forward rostering. Constant communication is provided between clients, FCW and myself to create optimal/consistent service.

At Nolan Transportation group I was responsible for fostering relationships between trucking companies and customers who needed good delivered from point A-B. This involved managing pick-up/drop off time, carrier equipment information, negotiating rates and managing issues that arose during the transportation time. These issues included trucks breaking down, missed pick-up/delivery times, incorrect product being picked up and much more. I was able to creating effective relationships both internally with team members and externally with trucking companies.

Aspen crunch is a small dehydrated fruit company that sells to local to farmers markets and online direct to consumer. I managed the manufacturing of the product and distribution at the farmers market.
