Repaired and worked on all problems regarding machines for manufacturing and anything else used in production. Ran machines and led production crews when needed. Ran wire and conduit for new clean rooms. Drove forklift and did receiving and warehousing when needed as well. Used several different computer systems for communication and activities tracking.

I worked as a repair tech fixing hot tubs and swim spas. I have worked both on site with the customers to fix problems and in our shop to refurbish used spas. I did electrical and plumbing troubleshooting, and physical repairs for the spas. I also do woodworking to repair siding when necessary. There is also a lot of customer service involved when working on site and with talking to customers over the phone to troubleshoot their issues. We also used the Microsoft office suite to track inventory.

I worked in shipment receiving, counting inventory and doing quality control as it comes in and adding it to our system. I also did inventory control to make sure things stayed correct after they had been received. I was working with the skuvault inventory system and with all microsoft office products to keep track of reports and receiving stats.
