I earned a Bachelor degree in Visual Communication in May 2012.

During my employment at Do It Best distribution center, I filled orders for various hardware stores across the Midwest. I learned to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently. I was able to cross-train and work various positions within the warehouse. Due to my widespread training, I was often called on to assist other departments that were falling behind pace.

Working for Dollar Video, I was first exposed to customer service and cashier duties. I was promoted from Clerk to Supervisor within 2 months. My duties then included managing inventory, handling delinquent accounts, and monitoring the tasks of other employees.
