CurrentAs an Area Sales Leader with Next Generation Wireless, my expectation of myself is to set a positive example for my team and my peers, and to show all individuals within our NGW to make the most of any opportunity to expand their career. My territory started with 3 locations, but has expanded to 11, serving communities all across Iowa with a team made up of 6 leaders and up to 46 associates.I have demonstrated continuous years of successful business results in the fast changing landscape of cellular technology. My focuses to maintain consistent results include teaching my leaders how to coach, develop, and analyze their results, as well as teaching associates how to better position and explain our expanding portfolio of products and services. My development continues to be helping the organization live up to its core values, and be a trailblazer in our industry. It is important that I adjust with the changing workforce to bring out the best in their abilities.Other notable achievements include:-Was involved in the creation and development of Next Generation Wireless’s new core values and mission statement in 2019.-Selected by US Cellular as one of 2 representatives nationally in the Agent Channel for the inaugural year of the Agent Associate Experience Network (AAxN) in 2018, providing feedback and insight to enhance processes and systems within US Cellular. -Simultaneously ran two markets between Oct 2017 and Sept 2018, maintaining sales and development of up to 45 Sales Consultants and Sales Managers.-Extensive training in Coaching for Performance, focusing on setting expectations, the refocus model, and the dynamic coaching model of effective leaders. -Continuous creation of various tools & calculators using excel and website design to improve company performance, consistency, and effectiveness.-Led NGW's promotional calls, providing associates with techniques to execute promos with excellence
