Responsible for training new associates on healthcare enrollment application processing systems, call handling and office procedures. Promoted to a special Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) Super User Assistance Team, designed to assist small business owners and employees with establishing online accounts and both applying for and enrolling in affordable health care coverage. Assist consumers by navigating all aspects of the Affordable Care Act. Provide advice and counsel to Congressional employees on the creation of online accounts to apply for and enroll in affordable employer-sponsored health care coverage. Assigned to the Special Correspondence team responsible for responding to all online email, faxes, and postal mail inquiries. Assist consumers by resetting and authenticating passwords and with creating online health care accounts. Assist consumers with enrollment in both private and government sponsored health care programs such as Medicaid.
