I am currently working as a Platform Materials Controller on the Armada Kraken FPSO. I am responsible for all Outbound & Inbound Manifests in addition to all stock Inventories, Work Order materials, general material ordering and stock checks. I have previous experience of this role on other Oil Installations and have extensive experience of using various Maintenance Management Systems including Maximo, SAP and Bassnet. I have my Dangerous Goods by Air & Sea & LSA Class 7 tickets.I am an active Safety Rep with over 12 years experience in this field and am currently studying for my Nebosh General Certificate. I have completed all 8 DNV-GL safety modules, Safety Rep 5-day training and have also spent 3 days at Spadeadam carrying out beneficial safety leadership training. I have been involved with many safety initiatives including Boots on for Safety, SCIS events and various company specific training courses (Manual Handling / Kelvin Top-Set / WAH / CSE etc)I have completed my RPS (Radiation Protection Supervisor) training and am actively carrying out NORM/LSA testing in addition to weekly and monthly fixed source checks and contaminated equipment checks. I am a Fire Team Leader (ERTM & ERTL), HLO & HDA.From a lifting point of view, I have extensive experience of working on Mobile Cranes, Barge Cranes, Dive Support Vessel cranes and heavy lift cranes both operating and as a Rigger / LCP. I have valid OPITO certificates for all my lifting qualifications that include:- LOLER Competent Person, Stage 4 Reassessment Rigger and Banksman Slinger, Rigging Loft Management. I also have my Stage 2 Crane Operators qualification. I am a safety conscious individual who is well motivated, highly enthusiastic and strives to make positive change.
