 Manage the operation of the personnel and all other support aspects in accomplishment of maintenance consisting of troubleshooting, repair, inspection and tool room activities for 103 T-38UPT, 32 T38IFF and 77 T-6 aircraft. 450+ personnel. Provides support for aircraft that require maintenance support broke out XC. Provides Wing support of transient aircraft with our sub-contractor LogMet. Provides vehicle maintenance with our sub-contractor T-Square.

 Responsible for all facets of maintenance on the C-21A program. Reports directly to the Program Manager. Fully supports all 76 aircraft from AMC, AETC, ANG, AFFSA, PACAF and USAFE to include 20 of the 76 aircraft that are in storage.  Provides support for all aircraft at 10 sites with 7 inside the continental United States and 3 outside the United States at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Ramstein AB, Germany and Base X in the desert.  Supported the closing of the site at Yokota Air Base in Japan in July 07. Support the continuous movement of aircraft from site to site, to include the closing of a given site to opening of a new site.
