Responsible for producing all documents and preliminary studies related to tenders and projects, performing engineering activities ,preparing specific procedures (validation test on site, transportation and installation), defining priorities,Providing technical expertise during procurement process, and confirm the project's progress at interim meetings with your Lead Engineers.You participate to vessel/CB mobilization as well as installation phases on vessel in order to validate technical solutions by respecting the rules of the Group HSEQ,Compliance of/with Project standards in terms of Quality, Cost & Time.Supporting the development of computational tools and organize technology watch

Planning and supporting projects team as directed, liaising with vendors/OEM’s on technical issues, parts/equipment deliveries, Supply Chain to ensure close monitoring and scheduling of parts/equipment deliveries to ensure project timelines are met. Completing technical documentation pre and post project. Site visits to support onboard systems and equipment surveys, gathering information relevant to the project planning & execution. Follow-up with vendors and engineering post-project to for lessons learned and to ensure requisite actions are completed and correctly documented. Liaising with the technical team to find solutions to project related issues. Participating in project meetings with engineering teams, vendors, OEMs, Class and other external parties as required. Assisting in the development of company project, technical policies and procedures. Assisting to ensure all projects are planned and executed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assisting operational teams in the planning, execution and close-out of projects

Managing the interfaces and integration of the mechanical design, closely and collaboratively with the construction team developing efficient, practical and safe solutions throughout the design stages, into construction and beyond. Developing various mechanical sub-contractor scopes for procurement, reviewing, evaluating sub-contractor tender returns. Commercial & technical negotiations with sub-contractors and suppliers. Following through sub-contractor packages to site delivery and potentially installation. Specifying equipment requirements and standards. Reviewing and manage to the construction programme, mitigate delays and work with the team to achieve positive outcomes. Ensuring regulatory, legislative, HSE, company and end client standards are maintained throughout the delivery programme. Ensuring all sub-contractor engineering designs meet required standards. Liaise and manage relationships both internal and external.Working with the Project Team to produce and review project plans / programs. Ensuring project is driven to provide the best value solutions, and delivered on time and within budgets. Producing and maintaining all required documentation to develop project O&M. Assisting with the commissioning planning when required and to distribute with sub-contractors, include commissioning within sub-contractor scopes. Reporting and updating all aspects to the M&E Project Manager.
