Proven sales leader with a diverse background having experience on the provider side (HCA) as well with two of the most highly regarded names (Stryker and J&J) in the medical device industry. I have spent the past 15+ years with Stryker leading sales professionals in the sale of computer-assisted surgery equipment across multiple geographies. The challenge that comes with introducing big-ticket, disruptive technologies into the hospital setting is unique and requires the best of the best to achieve sustained performance over time. I’m passionate about recruiting, developing and retaining that type of world-class talent. I am proud to say that the talent I have brought into the organization has gone far beyond just meeting their annual quotas. During my tenur, I have led multiple “Of the Year” award winners, product category winners, Rolex winners, award trip recipients, and President’s council representatives.
