I am an operations and logistics professional experienced in fleet maintenance management valued over $200 million, project/operations management, logistics planning , networking, risk mitigation, advising and assisting, and supply accountability with over 18 years of management experience. I have managed the workload for approximately 600 employees during my career, while having as much as 50 direct report employees at one time. I have established standard operating procedures for operations, accountability and money management that was directed to be the basis for all units within a major Army Division. I’m well versed in Operations planning and management , SAP based ERP platforms, MRP forecasting, inventory management and equipment/resource forecasting .
