− Coordinates and schedules with customer on daily basis of all activities to be performed.− Responsible for daily mission configuration and management, asset allocation, operational readiness, removal and installation, troubleshooting, checkout, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, and COMSEC of the ground segment system. − Capable of diagnosis and repair of Layer 1 cabling and connections to include Ethernet, fiber, PSTN, and serial data. − Provides continuous mission and support to air crew utilizing CRM for in-flight troubleshooting. − Attends post-mission maintenance debrief for discrepancies. − Composes technical engineering request and technical order data module updates immediately upon discovery to customer. − Utilizes Maintenance Data System database to research and document all required events on a regular basis. − Provides customer on-the-job task training interfacing directly with customer in the field.− Applies technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions. − Performs such tasks as replacing components and wiring circuits; repairing simple electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers and oscilloscopes.− Receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher level technician.− Work is spot-checked for accuracy.

Provided support for the MQ-5B Hunter Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and associated support equipment at the depot level facility by assisting in launching and recovery operations, installation of components, and troubleshooting procedures.

-Collaborated with engineering staff to design and implement advanced testing procedures which resulted in a reduction of 145 man hours per month for the F35 navigation project.- Maintained compliance with company standards to perform all maintenance activities in accordance with established technical manuals and standard operating procedures.-Interpreted schematics for 25 test technicians, ensuring comprehension of equipment parameters.
