Managed a staff of 35 engineers, Phd's and test technicians. The facilty was a 24/7 operation. The facilty primarily served the automotive industry and it's supply chain. I was directly responsible for all strategic accounts within the product testing division. Negotiated multiple multi year testing contracts with OEM’s and tier one supply chain companies. Implemented pricing and profitability targets. Exceeded corporate divisional growth targets by 7% or greater for all 4 years.
