Supervisory Instructional Systems Specialist (1750 series). Senior Civilian for the 344th Training Squadron overseeing the training development flight that provides cradle-to-grave support for training. The flight produces and edits course materials, ensures manpower, facilities, equipment, and funding are available for an extremely diverse unit with a mission to provide technical training for more than 7000 active duty, Reserve, Guard, international and civilian students annually.
