Here's a summary of what I can do.1. I'm able to start up the injection molding machine and set up the controls to meet the specifications on the data sheet. 2. I'm capable of processing the machine and troubleshooting it if necessary. Efficient in setting the mold, inserting changes to the mold, clamping the mold to the machine, and carefully removing the mold.3. I'm competent in inspecting parts, organizing them in totes or boxes, measuring the parts' dimensions, and inspecting the parts before stacking them in the box.4. I'm proficient in taping and packaging a box.5. I'm attentive and knowledgeable in looking for molding defects (flash, short shots, overpacking, underfill, warp, sink, splay, and gas burns) and how to eliminate correctly using the molding controls.
