Pilot Error is a Boise, Idaho based rock band specializing in covers of '70s, '80s, and '90s anthems. Pilot Error's blend of fan-favorite songs, great musicianship, rich multi-part harmonies, and energetic stage show consistently add revenue to local venues and turn special events into true parties.During my time as front-man for the band, Pilot Error has been named "Best Band in the Treasure Valley" by readers of the Idaho Statesman, named "Best Band in Boise" by readers of The Boise Weekly, and named "Runner Up" in the Fox 12 KTRV Battle of the Bands contest.We started the band in 2005 with a single purpose - to be the BEST cover band in Boise. We scraped and begged for every gig we could get and worked our way to the top of Boise's music scene.I started out playing keyboards and singing on a few tunes. Then necessity forced me out front, and I began the journey of becoming a front man and lead singer - and learned the art of engaging an audience. The guys are all fantastic musicians - my instrument is the crowd. The crowd and the band feed off each others' energy, and I feel personally responsible to make their night with Pilot Error insanely fun. I leave everything on stage every night we play and the crowd has no choice but to come back for more!

All communications-related trouble tickets, projects, equipment, vehicles, and personnel are tracked and managed by the CFP.The 124th Communications Flight's services include IT, Radio, Telephone, Computer Maintenance, Information Assurance, Plans and Programs, and Information Management.

My time working at Synoptek (formerly The Network Group) was one of the most valuable periods of professional and personal growth I have ever experienced. I started as a sales intern my senior year of college (2007) and was given the room and opportunity to grow as a leader and project manager within the company for both the IT and Web/Software Development teams.Here I honed my skills in project management, client communication, and learned the value of culture.As a web and software development project manager, our team created custom web and systems products for both private- and public-sector organizations.As an operations manager and project manager for Synoptek's IT-Reactive team and the Idaho IT-Engineer team, I managed 17 professionals across two states, including IT engineers, customer service representatives, and project coordinators.When I came on board, TNG was a small Boise company. The experiences resulting from the purchase by the California-firm Synoptek caused pivotal growth for me personally and professionally. Already a young leader in the Idaho Air National Guard, I was also becoming one at The Network Group. Additionally, my career as a project manager had begun to take shape.The more important role during the acquisition, however (in hindsight), was that of "Cultural Ambassador." Facilitating the intertwining of the "laid-back" Idaho teams with their "fast-paced" California counterparts was an immense challenge, and I learned a ton from my mentors in both locations. We made it more traumatic than it needed to be - a lesson I will carry forever.My role in building cultural bridges between the two organizations is one I'll always be very proud of. Not to mention, my California counterpart and I led our teams to a best-ever IT service-delivery rate and a tremendous increase in customer satisfaction during the chaos of the acquisition. It was one of our first of many steps in building a fantastic culture.

That's right, folks... I took a break from the IT world and learned how to deal craps on a riverboat casino! As fate would have it, my future wife was a craps dealer, too!
