CurrentI have successfully developed and implemented a recruitment strategy within GBO Human Resources that has provided an up to date and structured strategy enabling my desk, administration and HR recruitment, to consistently meet and exceed targets. My strategy ensures that we meet the needsof the business and yet delivers a personalised product to our clients and candidates. My team and I maintain positive relationships with new and satisfied candidates. I lead and manage change for GBO Human Resources and ensure complete service alignment in line with company policy. My team and I recruit high calibre candidates in the administration and HR field. Strategies include headhunting, using social media to recruit and advertise, project manage recruitment symposiums, liaise and manage clients, ensure service is personal to each client and candidate. Implement and manage team process and procedure, liaise with head of departments to ensure continuity of service, provide training and education to staff to include best practice and interview techniques, appraise, supervise and manage team to include manpower. Manage effectively challenging areas of recruitment providing innovative solutions and strategy.
