Manage the overall operation of the yard at the truss plant, yard employees and drivers. Oversee that all aspects of the yard operation are being met; yard employees and drivers are on time and compliant with company policy. Ensure truss packages are put together completely and on time. Maximize the loading trucks. Maintain overall cleanliness within the yard. Receive all inventories into the yard both physically and electronically. Oversee the inventory of the plant as well as work with buyers and local store to ensure that inventory is replenished and enough material is in the yard. Work with outside hauler to ensure loads are delivered on time. Work with and manage drivers to ensure on time delivery and good customer service. Ensure drivers are legal with permits and pilot car drivers. Work with and schedule pilot car drivers.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

Manage asset utilization as well as 65individual drivers to ensure high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability. Daily management of tracking loads from shipper to receiver. Maintain and promote driver morale and improvement through mentoring, and coaching. Plan future workloads, and handle urgent situations in a professional manner by maintaining a positive attitude, and utilizing my multi-tasking and communications skills.

West Haven, Utah

Manage crews and employee relations, including Spanish speaking employees. Responsible for the payroll of entire crew obtaining supplies for each specific job site. Routinely inspect each project to ensure quality control. Coordinate with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
