My duties of maintaining the everyday running of the Grocery Department included staff management, and training, product ordering, dealing with sales reps., communicating with senior management regarding store activities and customer service.Food Safety was also a priority and I was responsible in ensuring all aspects of HACCP and Food Safety Management were adhered to.My role also included administrative work with regards to sales figures, stock taking and general store efficiency.I was also in daily communication with the Buying Departments in Dunnes Stores Head Office to ensure the successful upkeep of the store.
