• Maintains the Technical Directives program and screens incoming TDC's for applicability, orders parts as required and issues MAF's for incorporation. • Ensures the TD program compliance requirements are adhered to and maintained within the maintenance department, and continuous TD verifications are performed to maintain TD Program effectiveness.• Publish a listing of outstanding TDs by aircraft BUNO or type equipment for inclusion in the Monthly Maintenance Plan.• Ensure TD applicability, tracking, accountability, documentation and Weight & Balance requirements (if applicable) are standardized throughout the maintenance department.• Review all OOMA Work Orders to ensure the “No Later Than” compliance time/date is annotated on the VIDS/MAF and calculated correctly. If the “No Later Than” compliance date is exceeded notify Maintenance Control to place the work order in a down status.• Add newly issued TDs as applicable to the NALCOMIS TD configuration file.• Ensure the system reason block is properly annotated in OOMA. Verify that all parts/kits are on order through supply and issued as TD’s are complied with.• Ensure Support Equipment (SE) and ALSS TD’s are tracked and complied with.• Perform a “baseline” TD compliance verification upon receipt of aircraft, engines, support equipment, components AWSE, and ALSS.• Review sign and date completed NA500C report verifications.• Obtain, stamp/record and route TD to appropriate QAR/SME with routing and Technical Directive Review Checklists attached.• Provide additional controlled copies of TD’s to appropriate work centers.• If operating OOMA ensure TD’s have been pushed and the task has been activated.• If operating OOMA ensure both paper & electronic logbooks match.• Perform semi-annual audits of the TD Program IAW CNAFINST 4790.2 series Computerized Self Evaluation Checklist; Program/Area 2600
