As liaison officer, work with our partners in the region to support the success of ORANO Battery Program

- Manage multi EPC Nuclear Engineering Projects in China with international project team based in different regions （USA, France, China）;- Typical Project size: several ten millions USD for 3~5 years by involving 30~40 enginners / project managers from multi-sites of AREVA and with international equipment supply chain （USA, France, Germany, Japan, Canada, China...）;- Accountable for overall project execution performances （Profit & Lost, Schedule, Quality, Staffing, Cash flow, Risk & Opportunity, etc.）and report to Business Unit top management;- Manage the interface with customers and build and maintain the good relationship with customers, authorities and key vendors for project success;

- Deploy and implement the strategic cooperation between AREVA TN and CNNC on construction and operation of Chinese spent nuclear fuel logistic system (more than 700M€ investment); - Based on AREVA TN’s global strategy, negotiate the Joint Venture Contract with Chinese partners for setting up the Joint Venture. - Pilot the AREVA TN’s supply chain localization strategy (material industrialization, equipment fabrication, etc.) and its implementation in China for domestic and international market demands; - Identify the business opportunities and suitable cooperation modes with Chinese supplier, partner and customers for developing the business of AREVA TN;- Manage the local competences and resources building and moblization for executing the domestic and international projects of AREVA TN- Analyse the Chinese market long term perspective to contribute to the global strategies of AREVA TN with advanced workload and capability forecast and implementation plan.- Support the sales team for offer preparation, bidding and contract negotiations.

Working on Taishan (China) Nuclear Power Plant Project in Paris, France (expatriate to Shenzhen, China at end of 2010)Responsible for a dedicated scope on Engineering & Procurement for different Mechanical & Electrical Equipment and System with 150+ million Euros of budget and 30+ European and Chinese suppliers- Report to Taishan Project Director;- Ensure good performance (cost, timing and quality) of responsible scope; - Operationally manage an international team made of 15-20 (French/Germany/Chinese) engineers;- Ensure the good application of enterprise long-term strategies with other function managers; - Set up and maintain the good relationship with client, consortium partner as well as suppliers;- Participate in drafting and improving the overall project and consortium procedures.

Working on Taishan (China) Nuclear Power Plant Project in Paris, France- Responsible for planning, updating and analyzing the time schedule data bases of all the procurement activities （for more than 300 Purchase Orders and 200+ vendors over the world）on Project;- Work out "Project Procurement Plan" （How to allocate more than 60,000 sets of equipment and huge quantities of bulk materials into different POs with different milestones schedule）with Project Procurement Manager;- Assist Project Time Schedule Manager on project overall planning coordination and management; - Lead 3 planning （time schedule）engineers to follow up the progress and manage the procurement planning of whole project;

Working on Okillioto (Finland) Nuclear Power Plant Project in Paris, France- Define time schedule for more than 5,000 main activities of nuclear power plant design and licensing disciplines with different technical discipline leaders and follow up the relevant progresses; - Maintain and regular update the detail time schedule in Primavera database and analyze the critical or sub-critical paths for supporting the project decision.
