I worked in Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (ZPMC) for more than 13 years since graduation as the bachelor with the major of mechanical engineering. In the first seven years, I was the sales manager dealing with the business of spare parts and components of port cranes. My customers are from 20+ countries. I learned a lot during the period fostering myself habits of multi-cultures. The long-term good customer relationship and bargain skills helped me ranked No. 1 in the sales team in 2011. After promotion to the deputy general manager of ZPMC Mediterranean Joint Venture in Turkey in 2014, I stepped upon the second stage of my career in ZPMC, in which my role focused on the company management. I was responsible for the sales, operation and human resource of the company and had signing authority accredited by the board. We had 20 people in the company and approached the annual turnover of ten million USD. I am experienced in sales and marketing, contract negotiation, engineering budgeting, project management, logistics and export. I have started my permanent residence in Canada since April 2020 and am now living in Saint John, New Brunswick.
