University of Wisconsin-Madison Residence Life - Residence Assistant (Housefellow)- Serve as a liaison between residents and the residence life staff- Participate in on-call duties and respond to emergencies as needed for over 60 residents- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to residents, including academic and personal advising.- Plan and execute educational and social programs that promote community building and student success.-Collaborate with other staff members, including resident advisors and campus partners, to ensure the success of the residential program.
