This includes setting and Leading the overall IT goals, objectives, operating procedures, capital and operational budgets.

Managed the ITIL Service Transition and Service Operations processes for the Canadian Distribution Business Unit. Responsible for vendor relationship and management including key relationships with large scale partners such as IBM. Managed workload and responsibilities of our offshore support teams including our NOC (Network Operations Center)

Help develop the global Incident and Problem management processes. Managed global IT infrastructure problems through root cause analysis to resolution.Global Incident manager responsible for managing major incidents, accountible for managing support teams and driving restoration efforts.

Oversee the information systems at four Kraft Foods facilities, including two manufacturing facilities and two distribution centers.Lead project initiatives and handle project requirements involving hardware, planning, resource management, scheduling and rollout.Supervise all IT contract work completed on site, responsible for both contractor safety and adherence to company policy.Support a Windows NT, 2000 and 2003 server environment by managing backup solutions and schedules and maintenance and support.Work with the continuous business improvement team to help achieve goals of both controlling and reducing operating cost.

Maintained software license management and hardware asset inventory and management using such tools as SMS and asset Matrix.Forecasted systems hardware and software license requirements to support ongoing hospital requirements and needs. Provided technical systems support for three hospitals including onsite support and remote assistance.Involved with project teams to help execute projects in a timely and efficient manner.

Provided second and third level support for a voice over IP telephony service that Nortel provided.Report and analyst of server outages through the use of server and client log files and or scripts.Completed product testing and verification for patch or new software version releases

Technical support for a full range of Compaq home user products, provided training to new technicians, mentored and created technical documentation fixes for reoccurring problems
