Support EMEA sales group in negotiation and closure of substantial managed services (full outsource or cloud) deals, traditional licensing of CSG proprietary software and provision of associated professional and support services, transformative professional service engagements, some Telco focus also other large logistics and public organisations across the region. Provide support on legal issues around HR within EMEA, closure of teaming and agency agreements, third party software license agreements, provide direction and management to EMEA contracts support team in relation to approach, policy and acceptable norms, act as regional deputy in relation to compliance issues and provision of guidance and support to EMEA team in relation to FCPA / Anti-Bribery compliance, compliance screening, US Treasury and EU Sanctions and data security. A lot of experience working in UAE, KSA, and other Middle Eastern companies. Currently undertaking CIPP/E privacy qualification.
