Our core competencies include user insights, personalized engagement, and product customization. Our mission is to work with a select group of clients to create connected experiences that drive transactions – regardless of the channel or device.

Tenthwave was an independent agency built by the founder of i33. Headquartered in New York City, the agency focused on digital marketing and social media. My job was to open a Midwest practice that focused on UX design and application development. I led everything from the real estate search to managing the P&L. Within a year, our team secured business with TetraPak, Red Roof Inn, Allergan, Louisville Slugger, Titan Machinery and Brunswick Billiards. We also led several initiatives that resulted in cross-office operational efficiencies and double digit organic growth.

A privately held agency located in Chicago, Manifest was a leader in user experience research and design. I was given the mission to expand their UX practice into high-profile, B2C brands i.e. translate their services so Fortune 500 CMOs could see the value. As managing director of this new unit, my responsibilities included team development and mentoring, new business guidance, client growth and P&L oversight. During my tenure, we successfully landed business with Nike, Dyson, Nickelodeon, Gillette and Kohl’s.

Part of MDC Partners, TargetCom was a traditional direct marketing agency looking to add digital expertise to its repertoire. I was tasked with building a unit that would focus exclusively on technology and the creation of services that would complement existing offerings. A good amount of my efforts were focused on email marketing and social media. Our team quickly translated sweat into success, expanding business ties with US Cellular, Discover Financial Services, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America. We also secured new clients including Universal Technical Institute and Wilson Sporting Goods.

When I joined the agency they were focused on website development for local businesses. Realizing the team had greater potential and bigger aspirations, we quickly transformed into a digital advertising powerhouse, securing business with brands like McDonald’s, Monster Worldwide, Beam Suntory, Verizon, and Toyota. During my tenure we quadrupled revenue, built a media division that specialized in lead generation, started an eCRM practice and developed strategic partnerships with global holding companies to provide rich media creative and production services.
