IT Organizational Change Manager, PLM ApplicationsMange and strengthen relationships across the business by engaging global business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve business objectives. Proactively engage global business leaders to assist in defining and prioritizing process improvement opportunities that have a positive impact on the profitability of the business. Develop and analyze operational data to provide historical and trending information to key business stakeholders to determine if desired results and overall user business adoption strategies were achieved. Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data, and use continuous process improvement and change management disciplines to achieve results. Collaboratively ensure readiness for change across business by ensuring effectiveness of change management programs that will result in early adoption of PLM applications and business processes. Key Responsibilities:• Communications: Assist project teams in defining and executing communications plans that reach the right audiences at the right times.• Learning: Define, develop, and deliver learning paths that maximize retention and adoption.• Stabilization: Return to “business as usual” performance levels as soon as possible while minimizing business disruptions.• Adoption: Define, measure, report, and improve metrics that show adoption and attainment of business benefits.• Transition: Guide transition of support from project stabilization team to permanent support team to minimize impact of projects on overall support bandwidth and performance.
