HIT Web Design is an internet web design and web hosting company that services small-medium sized businesses on an international. My role was as a Senior Customer Support Specialist involved working in close collaboration with clients who were interested in enhancing and improving the functionality and appearance of their websites. It was a detail and sales oriented position.
