HIT Web Design is an internet web design and web hosting company that services small-medium sized businesses on an international. They design and maintain sites for clients that serve a variety of functions and purposes ranging from e-commerce to nonprofit. A few of the technologies used in design are PHP, Flash, HTML. The company has developed many of its own proprietary products and enhancements that help their web sites stand out. They also specialize in Search Engine Optimization. My role was as a Senior Customer Support Specialist involved working in close collaboration with clients who were interested in enhancing and improving the functionality and appearance of their websites. It was a detail and sales oriented position. I also dealt with client's who had fallen behind on their payments, working as an in house collections agent.My most rewarding success at HIT Web Design was the sale of a $7,000 custom flash database, which yielded the top sales honors in the company.
