Modernization of WEX contact centers through introduction of Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys Cloud and Google Artificial Intelligence. Centralized service agent dashboard and automated case management have resulted in a net reduction of 60+ sec. average-handle-time, equating to a $2M+ efficiency & favorable increase in NPS.
