• Train and mentor Enrollment Specialists to help leads progress through the admissions and enrollment process effectively.• Assess the training needs for the team and develop and document training on a weekly basis to help increase overall effectiveness of the team in large team settings.• Provide QA feedback and coaching to Enrollment Specialists in a 1 on 1 setting. • Work with Universities and Executives to help drive revenue • Acquire and maintain a knowledge base of the objectives, goals, and directions which reflect that of the University and Academic Partnerships• Identify selling points and key differentiators for represented University programs• Follow all compliance rules and regulations • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all areas such as product knowledge, systems, phone skills and assists in the training and development of Enrollment Specialists. Effective at helping a new ES reach levels of proficiency more quickly.
