Exploring ways to leverage telemetry as code coverage within the Office Automation architecture. Informing usage and looking for ways to reduce load and COGS within the system.Previously went deep with Git usage in a JS mono repo. Found, addressed and fixed several large-scale issues. Led technical and project management aspects for diagnostics including team workload management, planning, and mentorship for 3 engineers. Migrated native C++ Windows diagnostics system to run on macOS and iOS, creating a shared codebase and eliminating the need for a custom Mac version. Enabled fixes from Windows to be implemented on Mac and vice versa.
