Industrial Specialty Company, Inc. established in 1974, still owned and operated by its founder, Ken Kranzusch. I joined the team at ISCI in 1993, I was trained and grew over many years as a machinist. After years of personal growth in my trade, obtaining more responsibility I earned a position with ISCI as its' VP Manufacturing. With my team of outstanding Tradesmen I grew ISCI more than 400% in a 15 year period. I expanded the capacity and capabilities of the machine plant. I also implemented expansions of on campus type II and type III anodizing as well installed a full service wet paint application. I oversaw all departments including Engineering, Manufacturing/Machining, Anodizing and Paint. With great managers working for me, together we hourly, daily and monthly accomplished the challenges many competitors would decline. I found building a team that was not scared of challenges gave us the strengths to over achieve and outperform, and we did.
