The First Swing Golf Academy in Shenzhen specializes in teaching junior golf. We have a great program that combines the U.S. Kids Golf Learning Program, AimPoint Green Reading, The Golfing Machine and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to create well rounded players who can compete or enjoy golf for a lifetime.

Responsible for all label sales efforts world-wide. Directed campaigns and strategies for all releases. Built and managed annual operating budgets to assist in cash flow management. Analyzed monthly reports to authenticate shipment and payment information from Sony Music U.S. Sales division. Worked closely with Sony account executives to achieve forecasts and goals. Maintained direct account relationships with all top customers including Best Buy, Target, Trans World and Walmart.

Managed all aspects of International business by working closely with Sony Music International. Conceived and developed all marketing plans for all new releases. As one of the founding executives, built and managed departments from ground zero, starting with 12 employees and expanding to 40 in two years. Managed the highly successful launch of Creed in the United States.

Responsible for all aspects of marketing, promotion, publicity and sales. Conceived and implemented sales and marketing campaigns. Liaison with artist managers and outside promotion, marketing and publicity companies. Directed the relaunch of the entire Iron Maiden catalog which sold over 600,000 units in the first year alone.

Directed all operations of NARM award winning music marketing agency. Managed staff of 20 employees to implement marketing campaigns and gain product placement in retail outlets. Conducted monthly financial analysis and developed annual operating plans and budgets.

Responsible for product management of assigned roster of artists including Bruce Hornsby, Michael W. Smith and all Christian music releases. Managed all national product development budgets. Also served on the world-wide Bertlesmann Elvis Comittee, responsible for conception and development of all box sets and re-issues.

Supervised regional sales and marketing staff to implement product placement and promotions. Managed artist advertising, marketing and ticket buy budgets. Directed solicitation for all new releases at national accounts.

Created the first field sales position at Chyrsalis. Responsible for sell-in, product maintenence, and tour support. Conducted new release product presentations at customer home office locations.

Performed inventory support and purchase order calls for assigned account base. Placed P.O.P materials into designated retail outlets. Conceived and implemented artist promotions and contests to maximize product visibilty.

Served as chief for Field Artillery Special Weapons section stationed with 3/17 in Nurnberg, Germany. Managed day-to-day operations of security level cleared personnel. Conducted crew training for all aspects of soldiering including: code of conduct, physical fitness, weapons training, military field exercises and security measures for attachment duties to Military Intelligence.
