I am a wildlife biologist with BS and MS degrees in wildlife biology from Cal Poly Humboldt (formerly Humboldt State University) and employment from various field jobs for federal agencies, private environmental consulting groups, and university research projects. Over the course of my career I have primarily worked with birds but many projects have involved mammals, herpetofauna, invertebrates, and plants as subjects of interest. I am also very passionate about conservation education and outreach in addition to improving inclusion and equity for marginalized identities and underrepresented communities within the conservation field. My major areas of interest include seabird conservation, bat conservation, pollinator conservation, GIS, biostatistics, predator control, trophic interactions, conservation behavior, and animal cognition.
Listed skills include Birds, R, Field Research, Microsoft Office, and 13 others.
