Stonegate is also within walking distance to Lexington’s historic city center and Oak Grove Cemetery. Lexington and Stonegate are in the southern part of Shenandoah Valley surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. Several of Virginia’s most scenic rivers, the Maury, James, Jackson and New are all located near Lexington.
