Responsible for managing complex performance driven service contracts with tech giant ASML and iconic Valley Amsterdam to protect and bring customer relationship, satisfaction (NPS) and business to a sustainable next level.

Responsible for Service Growth and Service Excellence. During this period the Benelux service bank has become the largest of all Signify markets worldwide.

Responsible for Corporate Sales contract management, with a yearly revenue of € 2,5 million. This includes full responsibility for all facility services defined in the frame contract. Focusing on client satisfaction, retention, cross and deep selling, KPI reporting, escalations, and customer profitability.

Dual role of bid/tender manager and process manager. I am responsible for strategically managing sales processes which should efficiently bring sales cycles further. This includes monitoring ongoing sales processes, ensure the implementation and adoption of sales processes, analyzing sales trends, developing & maintaining metrics, improving existing sales processes, and managing and organizing proper and in time execution of all projects within sales cycles such as tender responses/bids. Typical value of opportunities is € 1 million+.

Promoted and revenue responsible. I successfully manage complex sales cycles with railway clients across Europe and South America. I am end-ro-end responsible from creating awareness and lead generation to qualification and discovery, and from translating customer needs to business critical solutions to negotiations and closing. This includes close alignment with marketing and inside sales, consulting and development, and bid management. My customers include Thalys and Eurailscout.

Positioning Quintiq in a new dedicated market vertical and filling the pipeline for the newly created Business Unit. I am responsible for all inbound and outbound inside sales tactics and all marketing (a.i.) activities. I overachieved on my given targets and coordinated professionalization of inside sales training and sharing best practices across Quintiq globally.

Specialization in Inside Sales. I am responsible for the Business Unit Logistics inside sales tactics, overachieving on my targets. Being one of the the first specialized Business Development Executives, I onboarded and coached many new BD execs.
