Installation Coordinator
CurrentManages and coordinates installation of RynohLive software for client accounts, as well as guides clients through the process of web-based training and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and proper installation. Some duties may include:o Responsible for contacting clients to set up installation and training on a daily basiso Responsible for daily maintenance of client accounts as a key contact for questions and problemso Completes and submits all necessary paperwork for client accounts and maintenance as neededo Maintains an overall awareness of functions of RynohLive software to answer any questions or troubleshoot any problems for customerso Responsible for meetings with business partners in the community to further development of the company and grow the businesso General knowledge of software implementation and ability to troubleshot and correct any errors.o Successfully handle any office duties as assigned by manager with little to no supervisiono Other office duties as assigned by the Manager
