My background lies in refurbishment, fit-out and new build disciplines in the retail, leisure and commercial sectors.I have established long-lasting relationships at all levels by directing client meetings through to contractual negotiations and final sign off, partnering with global organisations of up to 40,000 employees. I thrive on managing a variety of virtual and direct teams of up to 50 people, on projects with budgets of up to £5million.Quality control has always been a vital part of my role in managing projects and continues to be a high priority.My career roots lie in being a qualified and experienced carpenter, this trade background gives me a practical insight into the construction projects my team and I oversee for clients.
