I have 9 years of customer service experience, both in person and via phone/online communication. I am very active in working with computers, whether it be online functions with websites and hosting servers, or fixing and troubleshooting problems with computers and programs. I have grown up using and operating computers, learning all I can about how they work, and how they integrate within our lives to improve our day to day experience. I have worked with friends and colleagues to set up and maintain websites and online content. I am an avid internet user and I feel it is an integral part of our lives, businesses, and communication. I enjoy helping people, and I enjoy problem solving. It brings me much satisfaction and pride to know I can fix issues for customers and help them achieve greater things through my assistance and support. I have found that I have a great way of interacting with people in a professional, yet a very friendly and fun way.
